Under the new mandatory provincial health regulations, you will be required to complete a covid-19 self-assessment every time you request an appointment time. Once you submit an appointment request, a self-assessment link will be emailed to you. * PLEASE NOTE: We can only book an appointment once we have received your self assessment form.

We are excited to announce that Armstrong Chiropractic is NOW booking appointments 

for full patient care starting on Thursday May 21, 2020.

 

To meet our commitment to patient’s safety, we have taken new measures to ensure our office remains safe by modifying our booking procedures to include pre-screening questions and staggered appointments to help ensure physical distancing is always maintained. We understand that these “new” safety protocols may feel unnecessary to some, but under the circumstances, we are asking our patients to help us with this new transition by following the new protocols in the clinic.

 

What to expect at your next chiropractic visit?

 

  • The same friendly smiles and welcoming office environment!

  • All appointments will be screened for COVID-19 infection prior to receiving an appointment time. Please note, that we are unable to provide “in-person” care, if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days:

  1. Cold or flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, runny nose, chills, sore throat, sneezing)

  2. Shortness of breath

  3. Have traveled internationally or have been in contact with someone who has traveled internationally in the last 14 days.

  4. You have been given a confirmed or presumptive diagnosis of COVID-19.

 

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. We may not be able to accommodate late arrivals. We have staggered appointment times to allow for proper physical distancing and sanitation.

  • Please arrive at your appointment alone unless you require a caregiver to be present or are being treated with a family member.

  • Please leave your jackets, purses, food and drinks, and other personal items in your car.

  • We will have a hand sanitation station available for you upon entry to our clinic, at the reception desk and in each treatment room.

  • As always, all common “touch points” within the clinic such as doorknobs, chair arms, countertops, keyboards, debit machines, pens, etc. will be sanitized frequently.

  • As always, all instruments and chiropractic tables used for patient care will be thoroughly sanitized between each patient.

  • A clear, acrylic shield has been installed at our reception desk

  • Our staff and Dr. Shore will be wearing gloves and face mask when dealing with patients.

  • Walk-In’s / Unscheduled Appointments will need to call the office from their car and confirm appointment availability and go through the pre-screening process.Please DO NOT enter the office. Please note, that at this time unscheduled/walk-in appointments may be difficult to accommodate at short notice.  .
